Merci pour votre réponse. J'ai lu vos instructions avec beaucoup d'attention. Mais j'espère que la prochaine fois vous serez plus précis et me donnerez plus de détails. 
exemple: Vous ne m'avez JAMIS dit de garder le papier qu'on m'avait donné chez Western Union.

Je suis heureux de savoir que je peux récupérer mon argent. La police m'a interdit de m'approcher des bureaux de WU, mais je demanderai a ma femme d'aller récupérer l'argent à ma place.

Je me dis que peut être tout ceci est trop compliqué, et tenant compte que nous parlons de beaucoup d'argent, Je ne veux plus prendre de risques,
Ne serais-ce pas mieux si j'essayais d'aller en Hollande et discuter cette affaire face à face?
Comment vous procédez dans ces cas?
Si je vais vous rencontrer, je peux avoir l'argent le jour même? Ce serait génial!

Thanks for your reply. I did read your instruction carefully. But i hope
next time you will be more precise and give me more details eg: you
NEVER told me to keep the paper they gave me in Wester Union.

I'm happy to ear that i can get my money back. The police has forbiden
me to get near a WU office, but i'll ask my wife to go get my money
back.

I'm thinking that maybe all this is too much problems and since whe are
talking about a lot of money I don't want to get any more risks,
wouldn't it be better if I tried to go to Holland and talk about this
face to face? How do you proceed in this cases? If I go meet you can I
have the money in the same day, it would be great?

Veuillez appeler ce bureau. J'ai reçu votre courrier et le transfert d'argent, vous n'avez rien envoyé, pourquoi vous essayez de nous mettre à l'épreuve?.
Notre service juridique a envoyé votre dossier à l'autorité de paiement pour expédier votre argent à la Chambre financière globale en tant que fonds non-réclamés. 

Puisque vous avez interdiction d'entrer dans les bureaux de WU, envoyez nous l'argent via votre épouse. Si vous ne le faites pas, votre argent sera transféré en tant que fonds non-réclamés.

Je suis votre agent gestionnaire de sinistre qui a été nommé pour assurer le bon déroulement de votre dossier de gain. Je fais de mon mieux pour vous aider, mais tout dépend si vous payez les honoraires de certification ou pas.
